UPDATE WARNING: GCASH unreliable

Update on november 10 2021:

Even though the previous issue eventually were fixed by GCash, it has now happened to me again.

This time using the New GlobeOne App to redeem a 20p Load voucher, this was on October 13, and on October 19 I got a text message from GCash confiming that I recieved a 20p Load voucher, but it were never deposited to my GCash account.

Subsequently I contacted GCash support, who instead of reading the ticket, just refered me to contact GlobeOne team. GlobeOne team opened a ticket and closed it without doing anything.

But, since GCash by text confirmed that I had recieved the 20p Load voucher and didn't deposit it to my account, it is not a GlobeOne team issue, it is a GCash issue.

I have tried to. make them understand this, but as happened before, GCash support is not doing anything to solve this issue, so I can't in good faith recomend to anyone to use GCash until they solve this issue, as they can't be trusted to handle peoples money.

--------

I will start by saying that Globe GCash support flat out(Omar) refused to re-imburse me, and that is why I'm witting this post.

Ok, you will say, its only 20p - But its my money, not Globe's. And whatnif it was 2000 or 5000p, would you then agree with me?

On march 03 2021, I tranferred 10 Reward points to my GCash by chosing the correct Digital Voucher, instead of going to my Main GCash like all previous transfers, it went to Save money Piggy bank(an option I never used and never will, because it demands you to have a Philippine bank account, and I don't trust the banks here after numerous problems - but that is a different story).

After 5 support Tickets which were all closed by GCash support, without solvimg the problem, someone at GCash emptied my Save money Piggy bank Without my permission or consent!!

I had enough and filed a formal complaint against support for mishandling of my money.

It was ignored!

On may 21 2021, I tranferred 20points to my Main GCash by Digital Voucher, and they were there 2 days later.

Yesterday I checked my account and there were only 10 coins there, I checked transaction history and I had not used them by mistake, they went the same way as the other 10 coins, down the drain in Globe system.

I filed my complaint again with all documentation attached, to support@gcash.com, GCash on Twitter, Talk2Globe on Twitter and their advertising departement, asking it to be forwarded to their General Manager.

Today, Omar called "understanding my point", and after much discussion, he finally managed to piss me off in a degree were I told him and Globe to G. F. H and hanged up - when he flat out refused to re-imburse me.

I have had many dealings with Globe over the last 21 years, some because they emptied. my account, some because their system had me as online though my phone were offline, some because of internet expirimg the day after I signed up for it with only 10mb download, some because another drain of account.

Why, do I keep using Globe, because no other can deliver to my location. And that is the only reason!

Tomorrow I will file my 5th DTI Complaint And my 2nd NTC complaint. Not that it help much, because they ignore them, but they are there for evidence.

So, be careful when you use GCash, make sure you load your phone as soon as the coins are there. And make sure to take screenshot of ALL transactions.

Good luck

AGAIN, Shame on you Globe!

Are Globe so desperate, that their support have to lie to the customers to keep them?

So we all know that Globe do very strange things all the time, and that sometimes that backfires. this time I were trying to get Globe to improve tha internet connection in our area as it always get discriminated than other areas in Puerto Galera. I can prove that Globe can deliver, they just don't - in fact they lower our speed down to almost nothing, if no one complain. But that is not what this story is about.

While trying to get the support team on Twitter to recognize the problem and increase the speed they had me go through all the hoops of troubleshooting, and I had to (again) tell them that I have worked IT for over 35 years and already done all the troubleshooting and that it were not my router nor the external antenna that were the problem. Then they looked at my routers phone number and realized that this were a pre-.paid number and not the one that came with my router, and here comes the juicy part.

The Globe support member actually tried to have me believe that the modem/router might break if I used another SIM card.

talk2GLOBE
Feb 12, 2021, 5:31 AM"

I asked him/her, they don't provide names, who told them that, because it's not true that your modem/router will break if using another SIM. I asked if I put that question to Huawei then they would agree with Globe support or if the support team would like to change that statement. They didn't!

And later the lies continued:

talk2GLOBE
Sat 11:19 AM"

That is not true either, the Pre-paid SIM cards Globe are selling are all LTE capable and can reach the same speed as the ones that comes with the Modem/router.

So my question: Is Globe so desperate to keep their customers that they feel the need for their support team to lie to the customers, to scare them? Or is it an initiative taken by the support team, all by themselves?

Either way, the support team is a representative of Globe, and as such they speak for Globe, their actions are Globe's actions.

If Globe really want to keep their customers, then they should put a stop to this immediately and improve the service level and speed in all areas, not just the ones they think are important - right now we have very few tourists here in Puerto Galera, due to COVID-19 restrictions. So having the tourist areas have up to 300Mbps speed and other areas suffer, makes absolutely no sense at all.

And if they already proven they can deliver up to 25Mbps in the daytime and up to 50Mbps in the nighttime, why is is that they can't make that a permanent solution, but instead they keep decreasing that speed to almost nothing and increasing if someone complains enough.

Do they only have a certain amount of speed that they have to shuffle from one place to another, in order to supply if someone complains? Like Kalah.

It seems to me that Globe like Kalah takes speed from one area and give to another area to comply with complaints. Do this behavior comply with the rules of the Philippines, I doubt that very much.

So Globe up your service and make sure you support don't lie to the customers!

Shopee too, not only Lazada

In my search for a new second hand laptop, I use different search engines, where mostly it's Carousell, Lazada and Shopee.

This time I ran into a problem with Shopee's search engine, similar to the one I wrote about from Lazada. I have informed Shopee so lets see if they want to fix it.

The problem:

When changing the Sort/listing type from "Relevance" to "Price Low to High", the search engine lowers the results found - it is not suppose to do that - it means that some sellers ads are discarded by changing the sort type and that is a serious error in the search engine's code.

It could lead to a lawsuit.

Yet another problem with Lazada search engine - what do playing cards have to do with Traditional laptops?

When I search Lazada for Traditional laptops, and chose "Price low to high" and "Cash on delivery" the amount of hits get lowered(I wrote another article about this before - link to the article in the bottom) - but that is not what I'm writing about today.

This time I get playing cards instead of actual laptops, and after scrolling through 55 out of 55 pages, I still have not seen any Traditional laptops - but a heck of a lot playing cards.

So yet another problem with Lazada search engine(did the website maintaner go on vacation to another country and can't come back because of Covid-19?).

Because what the heck has playing cards to do in the section of Traditional laptops????

Problem with Lazada search engine - Which they seem unwilling to fix

I have used Lazada for many years now, and is used to how it works, I found a problem with Lazada search engine - that their CS(customer Service) refuse to fix.

Its a annoying problem that affects the way I search for things on Lazada and cause me to be there longer than I want to, wasting my time.

Therefore I have tried many times to get CS to fix it.

Why am I teling you?

Because it affects anyone randomly, who try to either sell or buy something on Lazada, in my case in the Laptop/phone area. I don't know if the problem extend to other areas, as I have not tried that, but I suspect it does, as it is the same search engine.

The Problem: when a buyer is searching for something and gets lets say 500 hits of the item they are looking for, and then want to change the Sort type from "Popularity" to "Price low to high" or anything else, then the amount of hits change to a lower amount lets say 300 - it is not suppose to do that!

It will affect that some ads are not being shown, could be any sellers ads. That affect sales for sellers, because their ads could be between the ones excluded!

Changing the Sort Type from "Popularity" to something else should not affect the amount of hits, it should only change the way it is listed on the page!  Changing the amount of hits and even lessen them is a serious error in the code of the search engine!

I talked to the CS a couple of times about this and they refuse to send it to their technician, and claim that this is normal - it is not!
I even tried getting hold of the owners through their facebook page and Lazada in another country - to no avail!

I have done IT for over 35 years, even before search engines. It is an error in the code and that they refuse to fix can only come down to a question of money - this is not something that the CS agents should decide, but the owners of Lazada, as if they want to fix it or not - And if the sellers loose money because their ads are being excluded then Lazada might face a bigger problem as this could be cause for a lawsuit.

Back to why I'm telling you, you are either a seller or a buyer, and can check this out yourself, just search for something and write down the amount of hits, then change the Sort type from Popular to something else and see what happens to the hits.

Screenshots below, just click on them and they will come up larger.

UPDATE June 15 2020, the problem persist:

UPDATE: I contacted CS again after having another incident, and this time the CS agent realized how serious this is and decided to send it and the other problems on to the tech team - we just have to wait and see what happens.

Houston we have a problem, Again: This time PayPal

I don't know if any of you have tried to get in touch with PayPal's customer service, but I can tell you that it's not as easy as you may think.

In order to contact customer service you need to login.

So if your problem is that you can't login, well then you can't use your account until PayPal open their phones again and you then can call them - the phones are closed durring COVID-19.

You can't even contact them though Messenger and Facebook, because they closed that too.

The contact to customer service, hiding behind login, is not very clever, as it blocks people with login problems from contacting the customer service who are the only ones who are able to help.

I would go as far as say that this is straight out dumb!

Manufacturers: New cheap Laptops Please!

Since the Calamity started woldwide, the Laptop market has been flooded with Celeron laptops and  Chromebooks, that is understandable from the manufacturers point of view, but not of the consumers.

We need something different, and it is up to you as manufacturers to make that happen, we need cheap, and by that I mean for every person to buy, affordable laptops with at least Core i5 or Ryzen CPU/APU, 8GB Ram(Upgradable) and 180-256 GB SSD(Upgradable), 13-15" screen, Bluetooth 4.0, SDcard reader, a 10-15 hour battery(Wifi and video, not factory claim(there has been too much of that), Ok speakers, with or without OS(for the ones who like to run something else than Windows) and driver support for Windows, Linux and Chromebooks.

And for the maximum price of 200$ to 300$.

Most blogs, review and rapport new Hardware, I'm calling out for a change, and instead asking.

I know you can do it, and I call out to the companies of Intel and AMD to make their own laptops, fitting this price range instead of passing it on to other companies.

Again, with my personal experience as System builder, Supporter and technician through 35 years, I'm convinced that you can do it.

Please make it happen😊 Not everyone live in America and have big income, so you should actually focus of the ones who don't.

You can't even trust big brands anymore!

Normally I write about tech and technical problems, but this time its something from real life and has nothing to do with tech.

Last year in July I bought a pair of Adidas Originals, in Denmark, from Spartoo.dk and 4 months after the buy I saw that the sewing were going apart on the left one, and realized there were no sewing, it was glued together. The sewing showing on the shoe - is FAKE.

Well, I needed my shoes and a small thing like this were not going to stop me, so I gave it a small drop superglue and it worked fine, until yesterday where the rest of the glue gave up - and not only on one shoe, both of them now.

So, lousy work Adidas!

After a bit more investigation, it turns out Adidas got these shoes made in India. Not saying that is bad, but they do have cheaper labour and less quality control than we do, and some fake items come from there.

In Denmark we have 2 years reclamation right, meaning that the company has to compensate you if factory error - and you could argue that shoes with FAKE sewing and only glued together, were the glue gives up just 1 year after purchase, is factory error.

So lets see if I can get Spartoo.dk to send me a new pair, without first sending in the ones I wear everyday - yeah they can still be worn, though not so water resistant anymore - See photos.

I will follow up with an update to this on what is happening in the case.

Ordrenummer: 1050024450924128

Update: The dealer Spartoo.dk has chosen to ignore the case and I have asked Adidas to change the shoes to a new pair which should hold more than 1 year - waiting for response from Adidas.

What's wrong with OPPO, Vivo, One Plus, Cherry Mobile, Huawei, Lenovo, Samsung and other flagship phone manufacturers products?

As the title states, there is something totally wrong in the tech world - Super great Smartphones from worldknown brands, with quality components and STILL with inferiour battery life - This is 2019, not 2000!

These days we don't really drag the laptop or tablet with us everywhere we go, we use our mobile phone for most of the things we used to use the laptop or the tablet for.

So here comes the million dollar question: Why is companies like OPPO, Vivo, One Plus, Cherry Mobile, Huawei, Lenovo, Samsung and other flagship phone manufacturers, still are making SMART phones with inferiour battery life?

These products don't even last a full day on normal use, I'm not talking what the company claims, but actually consumer use.

And the problem even extend to their flagship models.

There are companies, not so wellknown in the western part of the world, that actually deliver their phones with nice big capacity batteries and some even replaceable - so why is it the other major brands can't do the same?

This is a very good question, and you as as consumer should ask yourself this too before buying a branded phone where you only get 1 year warranty, inferiour battery, and at best low class support.

Why not buy some of the not so known chinese brands instead, and save some money, and most of the time get a better product with better battery life. You still only get 1 year warranty, (some actually offers more), but a lot better experience.

I'm writting this from a Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 7 with 4000mAh battery. How much battery was on Samsungs newest flagship model?

A couple of reasons why you should NOT buy Firefly or Cherry Mobile phones

A couple of reasons why you should NOT buy Firefly mobile or Cherry Mobile products:

1. They seldom reply to support questions or resolve these, especially after sales support.

2. Their products are made from known manufacturers - Some times those parts are 3rd grade and discarded by the manufacturers for their own products, but bought by companies making cheap cellphones.

3. The battery can't be replaced, but that is true for many phones. Then again the ones I have had, seemed to get not so good to hold power after the warranty had expired.

4. You can't get repair by 3rd party repair shop, because there are no service parts! Example: The company made 100.000 phones, sold them all, should any fail and they have to replace them they have to make a new phone  every time. The don't make service parts to do repair, replacing the phone is cheaper than repair. But out of warranty, then you are screwed as they are not going to make a new phone just to replace yours - they just don't reply to your after sale support request!

If that is not enough reason for you, then go ahead and buy a phone from them. They do make good(not so good quality) products, they just don't last that long time, could be the 3rd grade parts reason.

I bought a super great phone Intense Desire, until it were NOT.

The screen died 2 years after I bought it. Most other known brands last a lot longer than 2 years.

It started with 1mm in the left side of the touchscreen, that didn't react to touch, then spread to half the screen - this after the suplied tempered glass overheated the screen. So again another good advice, don't apply the tempered glass as it is of such quality that it overheats the screen. Nice job Firefly!

So the reason its cheap, is most likely inferior parts, which cost a third of what 1st grade parts cost.

I worked 33 years as an IT Consultant, so this is not news to me, I`ve seen it in Compaq, HP, Dell, Neo, Cleo, Cherry Mobile and other products before!

You would just think that some of these companies would learn, and make cheap, but good quality products instead, and then make a good name for themselves.

Next time: What's wrong with OPPO, Vivo, One Plus, Cherry Mobile, Huawei, Lenovo, Samsung and other flagship phone manufacturers products?

Change Orage Clock preferences

Rightclick on the Orage clock, then choose Properties.

1. Click on timezone to set the timezone to the one you are in right now, when finished continue to the next.

2. Set what you want in Line 1 and Tooltip - changes take effect immediately.

Example: In Line 1 %R %S sets the time to be shown as 12:07 01 where %R shows the hour and minutes and %S shows the seconds. If you want 12 hour clock with AM and PM then just only use %X in Line 1

For the Tooltip which is shown when you hold the mouse cursor over Orage clock, an example is:

%A %d %B %Y

%A shows the weekday
%d shows the current date
%B shows the current month
%Y shows the current year

So it looks like this: Friday 16 November 2018

You can set it to how you would like it to show.

Code:

%%   a literal %
%a   locale's abbreviated weekday name (e.g., Sun)
%A   locale's full weekday name (e.g., Sunday)
%b   locale's abbreviated month name (e.g., Jan)
%B   locale's full month name (e.g., January)
%c   locale's date and time (e.g., Thu Mar  3 23:05:25 2005)
%C   century; like %Y, except omit last two digits (e.g., 21)
%d   day of month (e.g, 01)
%D   date; same as %m/%d/%y
%e   day of month, space padded; same as %_d
%F   full date; same as %Y-%m-%d
%g   last two digits of year of ISO week number (see %G)
%G   year of ISO week number (see %V); normally useful only with %V
%h   same as %b
%H   hour (00..23)
%I   hour (01..12)
%j   day of year (001..366)
%k   hour ( 0..23)
%l   hour ( 1..12)
%m   month (01..12)
%M   minute (00..59)
%n   a newline
%p   locale's equivalent of either AM or PM; blank if not known
%P   like %p, but lower case
%r   locale's 12-hour clock time (e.g., 11:11:04 PM)
%R   24-hour hour and minute; same as %H:%M
%s   seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC
%S   second (00..60)
%t   a tab
%T   time; same as %H:%M:%S
%u   day of week (1..7); 1 is Monday

%w   day of week (0..6); 0 is Sunday
%W   week number of year, with Monday as first day of week (00..53)
%x   locale's date representation (e.g., 12/31/99)
%X   locale's time representation (e.g., 23:13:48)
%y   last two digits of year (00..99)
%Y   year
%z   +hhmm numeric timezone (e.g., -0400)
%Z   alphabetic time zone abbreviation (e.g., EDT)

Change Orage week day to start with monday

It has annoyed me for a while that the starting week day in Peach OSI's Calendar App Orage, is shown as sunday - it might be like that in biblical terms, but the first day of week in business terms is monday.

So in order to change it, I went on google to find a solution - to my surprise it's not even on Orage own webpage, so I had to put it together by reading tips many different places and collect them in one solution(there are a lot of misinformation on the net) - this works:

1. Go to Settings then click on Language Support
2. Drag English (United Kingdom) to the top of the list, and click Apply system-wide

3. Restart you computer

If you want to change how dates and number are shown, then click on the tap Regional Formats and change it there.

To be or not to be LTE/4G!

This information could change your internet connection for the better, and not only apply to Denmark but could be used in your country too:

For years now I have only been able to get 3G where I live in Denmark, eventhough I'm surrounded by Mobile towers. Even after an extensive troubleshooting with my ISP(Internet supplier) they said that I lived too far from the tower.

It turns out, that is not always the reason for the problem - If you like me, have had the same Sim card and phone number for many years, then you Sim card may not be LTE/4G enabled!

This is something that support don't usually think about when they try to find the reason that you can't get LTE/4G.

You will need a new LTE/4G enabled sim card - if you are on Postpaid plan, then you can get one with the same number for free, but if you are Prepaid you might have to pay for a new Sim card and thereby get a new number.

Please be aware to backup your contacts before swapping out the simcards.

You can get APP's for making backup to your SD card or copy all your contacts to the phone, there is also an option to upload all your contacts to Google if you use an Android phone, just be aware that Google use a strange format for contacts so they might look a bit strange when restored(not always) - and you will need an internet connection for this.

Hope this helps someone.

Linux with Thunderbird 60 and newer - how to add google to search list!

This is the solution to get Google Search working in TB 60 and newer - I followed the exact instruction here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-search-engine-open-search#thunderbird:linux:tb60

But Google never showed up in the search list and the search.json.mozlz4 just gets regenerated when TB starts.

So for linux users, shut down Thunderbird and go to your home folder and find .thunderbird. Open it and open the profile folder - it may be named something like /home/xx/.thunderbird/xxxxxxxx.default/ Where the xx is your username and xxxxxxxx.default is the profile folder.

Now delete search.json.mozlz4

Then rightclick on http://bwinton.latte.ca/Work/google.xml. Save link as a file called google.xml

Then open Thunar or your favorite filemanager in sudo mode and copy the google.xml to

/usr/lib/thunderbird/distribution/searchplugins/common/

Start Thunderbird and Google should now be in the list of search engines. It work on my system which run TB 60.2.1 on Peach OSI TW 16.04 LTS (which is a modified version of Xubuntu - alot more stable).

A pitty that mozilla can't figure out to update their own solutions, when they make major changes to their products!

Hope this help someone else, and you then help other people!

Xubuntu - printer connected but not printing FIX

If your already installed printer that has worked before, when you re-connect it to USB, it will not print - then try these steps:

1. Open Preferences and then Printers
2. Chose your printer and rightclick on it and chose Properties
3. Click on Policies and make sure that Enabled has a checkmark
4. Click Apply and go back to Settings and Print a testpage

Now it should work.

This might happen if you connected the printer to other USB port than the one you installed it to. Can also happen when you get updates to CUPS.

Sofware center fix for Peach OSI 16.04 LTS

With the courtesy of Jim, the author of Peach OSI, I have written this small guide for fixing some glitches in the new software center in 16.04(It seems to like to remove entries for software that wasn't installed by the new software center - this is a problem from Ubuntu and not Peach OSI), so if you can't wait for an updated version of Peach OSI 16.04 with the problems solved, then try the following solution - it worked for me:

Before we begin, make sure you have an internet connection.

Open the old software center and search for and install "Debian Package Search" - don't use " ".

Run it(it might start by itself after installing). Give it a minute and then it should have a pop up window appear asking if you want to run the app - cache repair(that is what we want to do), followed by a terminal window.

You can close the old software center while this goes on.

When its finished click on Close and reboot your machine the normal way.

When your system is restarted, you need to open Software Updater from the dock in the bottom of the screen, and do the partial upgrade. Let it run - it may take an hour or more depending on your internet connection.

It'll ask questions to remove older deprecated files - let it remove them.

Reboot and run update again until you get the report from Software Updater, that the system is updated.

Then run the new "Software" center and see if there are any updates there - which there should be.

After you are sure you've completed all the updates reboot again and boot to the new Linux Kernel 93 and then run Ubuntu Tweak from settings, to remove all the cruft and old kernels.

Then run Grub Customizer and adjust Grub to how you want it to look and then reboot again checking your handy work.

You should now have a good clean install and the Debian Package Search program should always notify you if your app cache gets targeted by the new Software Center app again and will automatically notify you if there is ever an issue.

Hopefully Ubuntu will address this issue with their new software center, sooner than later.

If the update center still will not work we may need to update the xapian cache.

Open a terminal and type

sudo update-apt-xapian-index

Let it run - reboot - try to update again.

Easy way to clone your Bootable USB drive to a smaller drive

I looked around for a easy solution or tool to do this, as I'm not so good at command line, but all I found were very technical and command line options, and very few could clone something to smaller drive(only larger) and most had to be from livecd - so I tried to figure this out myself and here are the results:

1. First you take the NEW drive and make it bootable the same way as the original drive. Then unmount and re-mount it.

2. Then remove whatever files is on it.

3. Then copy the the contents of the original drive to the NEW drive.

4. Use Gparted or any other partition tool to verify that the NEW drive is bootable, then take it for a spin.

Finished.

In my case I had made my original drive with Yumi for windows(yes there are a linux version but you have to look elsewhere than Software center, Sourceforge is a good bet) - So I took the NEW drive and made it bootable with Yumi for windows(but could just as well have used the linux one) and followed the steps above. And all works as it should.

If I helped you than a thank you goes long way

Usermade links in Thunar dissapears after reboot

If you make your own links(Shortcuts) to folders on other partitions than the partition your linux distribution are on, then the links might not be there after reboot, until you manually mount the partition the links refer to. This goes for Peach OSI 14.04 LTS and Xubuntu - and perhaps more distributions.

The solution is to automount the partitions on startup - Do NOT use the Disks utility, as your pc will get stuck on startup - this can be done the following way:

First open Mousepad(or your favorite text editor).

Then open terminal and type the following:

ls -al /dev/disk/by-uuid/

Then find the partition(s) that you want to automount and copy the UUID to Mousepad, the UUID look similair to this:

 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root  10 Jul 10 19:16 385dd128-7054-4821-9a24-bb43881676d6 -> ../../sda2

Importing contacts and folders into Thunderbird

Many of us like to use an offline e-mail program, this no matter if you are on Linux or Windows - Thunderbird is a bit of both worlds, as it also can handle the online folders in your e-mail account - that is why I chose it(and it came pre-installed with Peach OSI).

There is a problem importing contacts from Windows Live mail into Thunderbird, there is an article about it here:

http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.dk/2013/03/importing-csv-files.html

I did not follow the whole article, because of the way I have set up my contacts -  What I did, were to make a new contacts-new.csv file from within Thunderbirds Adressbook and open it in LibreOffice Calc - then open the one from Windows Live mail in LibreOffice Calc and copy details over to the new one(anything under the first column).

When you do this you have to put the the mouse where you want to start and click 1 time, then use the arrow keys + shift to navigate and mark - it will not work if you use the mouse to mark - then rightclick on the marked area and choose copy. Then do the same in the new .csv file, but this time choose paste(make sure you have the same amount of columns). When finished, save the new .csv file and import it into Thunderbird from within Addressbook - Not from Thunderbird itself!

Importing folders from storage folders, doesn't work either, you have to install this add-on:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/

Then rightclick the Local folder you want to import you folders to(make a new folder), then click on Import/ExportTools, go down to Import all messages from a directory, then click on: also from its subdirectories

Find the folder you want to import(from your backup or on the windows drive), then click Open and all the messages in that folder will be imported.
